Our Story
Train Humans was built out of frustration.
After 20+ years in leadership, operations, and professional training, our founder Lori Robinson kept seeing the same problem: capable people held back not by lack of effort, but by lack of clear, practical guidance.
Not 200-page textbooks. Not vague advice. Real tools — frameworks, checklists, and templates — that you can open on a Monday morning and actually use before lunch.
So she built them. And then built more. The guides she wished had existed when she was figuring it all out herself.
Today, Train Humans creates downloadable PDF guides covering the money, career, HR, and life skills that somehow never made it into school — or any training program you’ve sat through.
